Users have a very clear idea of how software works better from their point of view: "There has to be a button here!" In my work I often ask: "Why? Why would the software be better with this button?" And then it becomes very interesting. Often we come across problems together that can be solved quite differently in times of enormous computing power and AI, better, more beautiful - inspiring. This is the real added value of UX: to design solutions that no customer can ask for, because they don't even exist in this way yet.
